Red BOUZY (100 % Pinot Noir)

This light, elegant still red wine was already much in demand at Versailles when Louis the 14^th was king of France, much to the displeasure of our Burgundian cousins. It is soft and full of red burry fruit, with a surprising touch of acidity that belies its origins in Champagne.

White BOUZY

This "Blanc de Noirs" is made from 100% Pinot Noir, pressed quickly and fermented as a white wine. This light, elegant still white wine is a delightful accompaniment to fish and see food.
